The Avantec CO-3260-2 Conveyor Oven contains two decks, which when combined with split belts, can have up to 4 individually-timed belts. With two decks in one oven, the Avantec CO-3260-2 saves you on installation costs, while increasing your flexibility and capacity. With a 60” baking chamber, the CO-3260-2 has a capacity of 220 12” pizzas per hour at a six-minute bake.

The Avantec Oven cooks products faster, more efficiently and more consistently through the use of a patented airflow chamber, patented airflow plates and a modulating combustion burner system. As a product moves through the baking chamber, jets of hot air cook the product, creating an even, consistent bake.

  • The CO-3260-2 can be combined with another CO-3260-2 for 4 baking decks: the ultimate in baking capacity for high-volume operators.
  • 32” wide conveyor belt; 60” long baking chamber; Full length of 101”; 44 square feet of floor space.
  • Modulating burner increases the energy efficiency of the oven and lowers utility bills by decreasing the oven’s overall gas usage.
  • Fully adjustable air flow plates allow you to change the airflow that cooks your products at any time at no additional cost.
