Here’s how it works: Avantec’s patented airflow system evenly distributes heated air throughout each baking chamber. The heated air then flows through patented airflow plates that direct the air to the product vertically from the top and bottom. The airflow plates are fully adjustable in your kitchen at any time, which means you can control how much air hits your products as they move through the oven.
By simply removing the airflow plates and using the block-off strips provided, you can customize your plates to fit the needs of each of your products. So if you need more air to cook a multi-topping pizza and less air for a sub sandwich, simply adjust your airflow plates before cooking.
