Avantec Ovens at the 2010 Pizza Expo

Highlighting the benefits of Avantec Ovens' unique double-belted oven model and patented airflow and air plate system, Avantec baked several different products at the International Pizza Expo 2010.
By using different airflow settings and varied belt speeds, the Avantec 3242-2 with two split belts (for a total of 4 belts) baked chicken fingers, garlic breadsticks, french fries and pizzas all in one oven at the same time.
Avantec Ovens also unveiled its newest model, the double-belted 2030-2, which features a small footprint and high capacity, designed for alternate locations and limited-space applications.
